Grief Support Group
Small intimate in-person support group to help grievers not feel alone while facing life's challenges. Groups are $50 per Session. These groups meet 1x per week for 2 hours. Groups are closed, meaning once we begin, no one new will be admitted into the group. We now have two group options available. Select the time that best suits you. 11am to 1pm or 2pm to 4pm
Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are available for a fee of $120 per session. Sessions typically begin weekly and evolve to decreasing those sessions the further you get in your journey. Sessions are held via TeleHealth, which means we can securely work together over a HIPAA compliant video platform.
Corporate Mental Wellness
We're here to bridge the gap between mental health and workplace productivity by offering trainings, workshops, and seminars for Businesses throughout Louisiana. Sessions are interactive and empowering, yet provide tools to assist individuals in addressing their mental health needs.
